Q.A.S. Presents...Four Lessons on Race for White People* is targeted towards people of all ages who do not have access to college level courses on these subjects and are interested in learning more due to recent events surrounding police killings of Black people, the removal of confederate monuments, the uneven effects of COVID-19 on community of color, and #BlackLivesMatter protests. The goal of the series is to help participants gain knowledge beyond the typical 24/7 news cycle and Wikipedia articles as well as utilize a series of prompts to help develop an anti-racist action plan that is tailored specifically to participant's lives and communities.
